I am Kisha Reynolds, a faith – based life coach. I focus on spaces of personal growth, career development, and healing from toxic relationships. In addition, I have been exposed to advanced training in perfectionism recovery, attachment trauma, and trauma care for survivors of narcissistic abuse. With over two decades of experience understanding people at their core, I do not just coach from theory. I coach from deep insight, lived understanding, and proven frameworks that create real change.
